How long do I have access to a course?
Each purchase includes 12 months of access, updates, and community Q&A for that course.
Do I need prior roofing experience?
No. Beginner tracks start with ground-only safety, tool basics, and low-risk practice tasks.
What tools are required?
We list “must-have” and “nice-to-have” tools per course. Common items include utility knives, roofing nails/screws, sealant, pry bars, and PPE.
Is roof work safe for homeowners?
Roofing carries risk. Our safety modules emphasize fall protection, ladder setup, weather planning, and when to hire a licensed pro.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Pass each module quiz to receive a completion certificate you can share with employers or clients.
How do refunds work?
If you haven’t completed more than 20% of a course and request within 14 days, we’ll provide a refund. See our Terms for full details.
Do courses cover local building codes?
We teach general best practices and note code variants, but you must comply with your local building authority.
Can I ask instructors for help?
Yes. Office hours and discussion threads are available for active learners. We won’t review medical or financial claims—only roof repair topics.
