Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Planframe Roofcraft, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts for policy violations or suspected fraud.

3. Course Access

Course purchases grant a non-transferable license for 12 months of access per user. Account sharing is not allowed.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers.
  • Refunds: within 14 days and under 20% course completion, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe IP rights.
  • Community interactions must remain respectful and on-topic for roof repair education.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials are owned by Planframe Roofcraft or licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Roofing is inherently risky. Our training reduces risk but does not eliminate it. Always follow safety laws and consider hiring licensed professionals when appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
